The Skin Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview
The Skin Club is a monthly subscription membership providing exclusive skincare treatments, discounts, and perks at DSV Aesthetics. Membership benefits are non-transferable and are valid only for the named member.

2. Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the start date. Memberships cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy
After the initial 3-month commitment, members may cancel their membership at any time by providing a minimum of 1 month’s advance notice.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via message or email.
Any membership fees charged within the notice period remain payable.

4. Monthly Facial Allowance
Members are entitled to one facial per month, as outlined in their membership plan.

• Facial allowances do not roll over to the following month.

• If a member does not book or attend their facial within the month, it is the member’s responsibility, and the treatment will be forfeited.

• No refunds, exchanges, or extensions will be given for missed treatments.

5. Booking Responsibility
It is the member’s responsibility to book their treatments in advance. Availability is subject to clinic scheduling.
Priority booking applies where stated but does not guarantee availability at specific times or dates.

6. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
All membership appointments are subject to the clinic’s standard cancellation policy.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the treatment being forfeited.

7. Membership Payments
Membership fees are charged monthly via the agreed payment method.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

8. Discounts & Perks
Membership discounts apply only while the membership is active and cannot be used retrospectively or combined with other offers unless stated.
Retail and treatment discounts are non-transferable and valid for the member only.

9. Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability. DSV Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or alter treatments if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

10. Changes to Membership
DSV Aesthetics reserves the right to amend membership benefits, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. Members will be informed of any changes in advance.

11. Termination by Clinic
DSV Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately in cases of abusive behaviour, repeated no-shows, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
