DSV Aesthetics Booking Policy

Please read carefully before booking your appointment.
By booking with DSV Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms.


Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment:
    • £20 for Lash & Facial treatments
    • £50 for Aesthetic treatments
    • 50% deposit for Prescription Services
  • Appointments will not be held without a deposit.
  • Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment at the end of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment with the same booking fee up to 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new booking fee will be required.

Lateness

  • Please arrive on time.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No Shows

  • Failure to notify a cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit and may prevent you from booking future appointments.
  • No show = loss of deposit and inability to book future appointments.

Refunds

  • Under no circumstances are refunds given.

No Under 18

  • By law, we cannot treat anyone under 18.
  • If you appear under 25, proof of age (ID) will be required.
  • No valid ID = no treatment and loss of deposit.

Friendly Reminders

  • No plus ones or children allowed in the treatment room.
  • Plus ones are only permitted if you have booked a double appointment with a friend or family member receiving treatment at the same time.
  • Please arrive without makeup on the areas to be treated.
  • Ensure you have eaten and hydrated before your appointment.

Overfilled or Migrated Filler

  • Clients with migrated, overfilled, or poorly placed filler may be refused treatment, and the deposit will be lost.
  • If you are unsure about previous filler, please book a consultation or send a message for a mini online assessment.

Travel & Parking

  • We are based in Ebbsfleet , where traffic can be heavy — please allow extra travel time.
  • The nearest stations are Ebbsfleet station and swanscombe 
  • Parking

    When you arrive, there are visitor bays located at the beginning of the car park marked with a “V”.

    Please ensure you park only in these bays and avoid any spaces with numbers or marked “VAN”
