Pre-Care Instructions

To achieve the best possible results from your body contouring treatment, please follow these simple steps before your appointment:

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24–48 hours before your treatment — both can dehydrate the body and affect lymphatic drainage.
  • Stay hydrated — drink at least 2 litres of water per day for 24–48 hours before and after your treatment. Hydration is key for effective fat metabolism and toxin elimination.
  • Avoid eating heavy or fatty meals for 2 hours before your appointment.
  • Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams to the area being treated on the day of your appointment.
  • Avoid sunburn or tanning the treatment area before your session.
  • Do not schedule during menstruation if you are particularly sensitive to abdominal treatments.
  • If you have metal implants, pacemakers, or are pregnant/breastfeeding, please inform your practitioner before booking — treatment may not be suitable.

After-Care Instructions

To support your results and help your body eliminate released fat cells naturally, please follow these after-care steps:

  • Drink plenty of water — aim for 2–3 litres daily for at least 72 hours after each session. This helps flush out broken-down fat cells.
  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and carbonated drinks for 48 hours after treatment, as these can slow the lymphatic process.
  • Avoid heavy meals, sugar, and processed foods for 24–48 hours. Choose healthy, balanced options to enhance results.
  • Engage in light exercise (such as walking) within 24 hours after treatment to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
  • Avoid hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms for 24–48 hours.
  • Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams for at least 8 hours after your session.
  • Mild redness, warmth, or tenderness in the treated area is normal and should settle within a few hours.
  • Avoid further body or heat-based treatments (laser, RF, etc.) on the same area for at least 1 week.
  • For optimal, long-lasting results, a course of 6–8 sessions spaced 1 week apart is typically recommended.
  • Maintain your results with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and good hydration.
